TYPICAL SELLER EXPENSES

TYPICAL BUYER EXPENSES

  • Recording fees for deed:  $10.00 first page; $8.50 each additional page
  • Recording fees for mortgage:  $10.00 first page; $8.50 each additional page; will be approximately $180.00
  • Doc stamps on mortgage:  $.0035 x mortgage amount
  • Intangible tax on mortgage:  $.002 x mortgage amount
  • Simultaneous Issue mortgagee title insurance:  $325.00 to $350.00
  • ALTA Endorsements:  $50.00 to $65.00 each
  • Florida Form 9:  10% of promulgated rate
  • Homeowners association dues, capital contribution and transfer fee (if applicable)
  • Condominium approval fee and dues (if applicable)
  • Termite inspection (if applicable)
  • 1st year homeowners insurance and flood insurance (if applicable)
  • Prepaid interest - day of closing through end of month*
  • Appraisal fee*
